Castro said the PFHB was built by the Discaya-owned Great Pacific Builders and General Contractor Inc.

"And this building, its contractor is Great Pacific Builders and General Contractor Inc. This is one of the corporations of the Discayas," she added., This news data comes from:http://smtg-alqj-qbx-nhu.erlvyiwan.com
